Edit and export
Refine the AI-generated minutes using the AI editor or manual editing, then export them as a Word document or copy to clipboard.

AI-powered editing
Minute AI includes an AI editing feature that lets you refine the generated minutes using natural language instructions.

Click "AI Edit"
This opens a text box where you can give instructions for changes.

Give an instruction
Type a natural language instruction, for example:
- "Make the executive summary shorter"
- "Add more detail to the action items"
- "Remove the section about budget discussion"
- "Change the tone to be more formal"

Review the changes
Amazon Nova Pro will regenerate the affected sections based on your instruction. Review the changes and repeat if needed.
Manual editing
For direct control over the text, you can edit the minutes manually:

Click "Edit Manually"
This enables the rich text editor, allowing you to directly modify the minutes.

Make your changes
Use the editor to correct names, add context, fix any inaccuracies, or restructure sections. The editor supports formatting such as headings, lists, and bold/italic text.

Save your edits
Click "Save" to store your changes. The edited version becomes the current version of the minutes.
Exporting your minutes
Once you are happy with the minutes, you have several export options:
Download
Click "Download" to get a Word document (.docx) of the minutes, ready to share or archive.
Copy
Click "Copy" to copy the minutes to your clipboard, ready to paste into an email, document, or collaboration tool.
Exploring templates
Minute AI comes with several built-in meeting templates, and you can create your own:

Navigate to the Templates page
Click "Templates" in the navigation to see all available templates.

Review built-in templates
Browse the existing templates to see how they are structured. Each template defines the sections and format of the generated minutes.

Create a custom template (optional)
If you have a specific minute format your organisation uses, you can create a custom template that matches it. The AI will then generate minutes following your template's structure.
Rate the quality
Minute AI includes a quality rating feature. After reviewing the generated minutes:
- Use the rating controls to indicate how accurate and useful the minutes are
- This feedback helps improve the system over time
- Consider how the quality compares to manually-written minutes
