Log In to the Admin Portal

Find your credentials in the CloudFormation outputs and log in to the LocalGov IMS admin dashboard.

Find the ndx-try-localgov-ims stack in the CloudFormation console.
The admin login page at your CloudFront Admin URL. Use the credentials from CloudFormation outputs.
After logging in, you see the admin dashboard with navigation to Transactions, Accounts, Settings, and more.

Expected outcome

  • You can see the CloudFormation stack outputs with portal URLs and credentials
  • You're logged in to the admin dashboard as tester1@your-organisation.com
  • The dashboard shows the navigation sidebar with all IMS modules

Find your login credentials

  1. Open the CloudFormation console in your sandbox account and find the ndx-try-localgov-ims stack.
  2. Go to the Outputs tab — you'll find:
    • AdminPortalUrl — the HTTPS URL for the admin interface
    • PaymentPortalUrl — the HTTPS URL for the citizen payment portal
    • AdminUsername — admin (but you'll log in with the email below)
    • AdminPassword — the generated password for all users
  3. Open the Admin Portal URL in your browser. You'll see the login page.
  4. Log in with:
    • Email: tester1@your-organisation.com
    • Password: the AdminPassword from CloudFormation outputs
Tip: The system has several pre-configured users with different roles. You can also log in as tester2@your-organisation.com with the same password.
