What you'll do

In this 20-minute walkthrough, you'll:

  1. Find your credentials - Get the FixMyStreet URL and admin login from CloudFormation (2 minutes)
  2. Explore the citizen view - Browse the map, search by postcode, and view existing reports (3 minutes)
  3. Report a problem - Submit a new report as a citizen with location, category, and description (4 minutes)
  4. View the council dashboard - Sign in as council admin and see all reports on a map (3 minutes)
  5. Explore the admin panel - Browse report statistics and manage reports from the admin perspective (3 minutes)
  6. Understand the architecture - Review the AWS infrastructure powering the platform (2 minutes)
