  1. Find Your Scenario

    Answer 3 quick questions about your organisation's challenges, available time, and who's evaluating. Our quiz recommends the most relevant scenario for your needs.

    What to look for: A personalised recommendation with clear reasoning why this scenario suits you.

  2. Read the Overview

    Estimated time: ~2 minutes

    Review the scenario details: what AWS services you'll use, estimated costs, time required, and what you'll experience. Each scenario is designed specifically for UK local government.

    What to look for: AWS services involved, cost transparency, and the specific local government use case.

  3. Request via NDX:Try

    Estimated time: ~1 minute

    Select "Request Session" and we'll set up AWS services in a completely isolated NDX:Try environment. One click - no configuration needed. Pre-filled parameters mean you do not need CloudFormation expertise.

    What to look for: Automatic parameter configuration and the maximum cost guarantee.

  4. Wait for Deployment

    Estimated time: ~5 to 12 minutes

    AWS provisions your scenario resources. Watch the real-time progress as Lambda functions, databases, and AI services come online. This is a good time to grab a coffee!

    What to look for: Green checkmarks as each resource is created, and the "Stack creation complete" message.

  5. Try It Out

    Estimated time: ~5 to 10 minutes

    Follow our guided walkthrough to experience the "wow moment". Ask the chatbot a real question. Upload a sample planning document. See AI in action with realistic UK local government data.

    What to look for: How quickly the AI responds, how accurately it handles local government questions, and whether you can imagine this solving real problems.

  6. Capture Your Thoughts

AWS experience not required

Each scenario is pre-configured with sensible defaults. Select 'Deploy' and we handle the rest. No CloudFormation knowledge required.

Costs

Typically £0.50 to £5 per scenario, depending on usage. Every scenario shows estimated and maximum costs upfront. Resources are automatically cleaned up after 90 minutes.

Security

All scenarios run in an isolated NDX:Try environment, completely separate from any production systems. Data is automatically deleted after your evaluation.

After trying a scenario

You'll receive an Evidence Pack PDF with everything you need for committee presentation: what you experienced, costs, ROI projections, and clear next steps for procurement or deeper evaluation.
