  2. Read the Overview

    Review the scenario details: what AWS services you'll use, estimated costs, time required, and what you'll experience. Each scenario is designed specifically for UK councils.

    What to look for: AWS services involved, cost transparency, and the specific council use case.

  3. Deploy to Innovation Sandbox

    Estimated time: ~1 minute

    Click "Deploy Now" and we'll launch AWS services in a completely isolated sandbox environment. One click - no configuration needed. Pre-filled parameters mean you don't need CloudFormation expertise.

    What to look for: Automatic parameter configuration and the maximum cost guarantee.

  4. Wait for Deployment

    Estimated time: ~5-12 minutes

    AWS provisions your scenario resources. Watch the real-time progress as Lambda functions, databases, and AI services come online. This is a good time to grab a coffee!

    What to look for: Green checkmarks as each resource is created, and the "Stack creation complete" message.

  5. Try It Out

    Estimated time: ~5-10 minutes

    Follow our guided walkthrough to experience the "wow moment". Ask the chatbot a real council question. Upload a sample planning document. See AI in action with realistic UK council data.

Do I need AWS experience?

No. Each scenario is pre-configured with sensible defaults. You click "Deploy" and we handle the rest. No CloudFormation knowledge required.

What does it cost?

Typically £0.50-£5 per scenario, depending on usage. Every scenario shows estimated and maximum costs upfront. Resources are automatically cleaned up after 90 minutes.

Is it secure?

Yes. All scenarios run in an isolated Innovation Sandbox, completely separate from any production systems. Data is automatically deleted after your evaluation.

What happens after I try a scenario?

You'll receive an Evidence Pack PDF with everything you need for committee presentation: what you experienced, costs, ROI projections, and clear next steps for procurement or deeper evaluation.

Can I watch instead of deploy?

Yes! Each scenario includes a 5-10 minute video walkthrough if you prefer to watch before trying. Look for "Watch Demo Instead" on scenario pages.
